“Bodybuilding means so much to me. It is where I discovered a true feeling of happiness. I love the dedication, discipline, and desire one must possess in order to succeed. You have to have heart! These principles have also carried over into my corporate life. There is such a great sense of accomplishment. I consider everyone in the fitness industry as my extended family. It reminds me of a family reunion at the shows where we are all catching up on news and events. No wonder I got married at my first pro show... The Jan Tana Classic in August 2001. Whether training, performing on stage or doing photo shoots, I always strive for elegance, grace, poise, and feminity as well as symmetry. I may not be the most muscular on stage but I think I do well to hold my own. Some good things do come in small packages. [My motto is] when you believe, you will achieve!”
Competition Highlights: 2000 Nationals – 1st place middleweight; 2001 Pro Extravaganza – 1st place middleweight; 2003 New York Pro Show – 1st place middleweight
