Yaxeni has been bodybuilding since 1989, beginning before she had her son who is now 17 yers old. She turned pro in 1993, in Puerto Rico and has since been in 39 competitions. She has been married for 12 years and runs a real estate business with her husband.
“Being a bodybuilder has been a complete life change. I’ve been disciplined in everything I do. Every time I prepare for a competition I get to discover how strong and capable we women are. I would like to be a legend in woman’s bodybuildling and keep my femininity and maybe inthe future I would like to compete in Figure.”
